Our student let cleaning service is designed to handle the high turnover and unique demands of student properties, ensuring a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment that landlords and tenants can trust.
Bedrooms
- Dust and wipe all surfaces including desks, shelves, and window sills
- Vacuum carpets and rugs; mop hard floors
- Clean internal windows and mirrors
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Spot clean walls and skirting boards (removal of minor marks)
- Check for rubbish or left-behind items and dispose appropriately
- Make beds if linen supplied (optional)
Bathrooms
- Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, baths, and showers thoroughly
- Remove soap scum, limescale, and mould where visible
- Polish taps, mirrors, and tiles
- Replenish toilet paper (if supplied)
- Mop floors with disinfectant
- Empty bins and sanitise liners
Kitchen
- Clean and disinfect all work surfaces and countertops
- Wipe down appliance exteriors (fridge, oven, microwave, kettle)
- Clean inside microwave and fridge (light clean)
- Wash and put away dishes if applicable
- Clean hob and oven fronts
- Empty bins and sanitise bin areas
- Sweep and mop floors
Communal Areas / Living Room
- Dust and wipe furniture, shelves, and surfaces
- Vacuum floors, including under sofas and cushions
- Clean internal windows and mirrors
- Remove cobwebs and spot clean walls
- Empty bins and replace liners
Hallways & Entry
- Clean light switches, door handles, and skirting boards
- Vacuum or sweep and mop floors
- Remove cobwebs and dust corners
- Ensure safe, tidy access for incoming tenants
Final Checks
- Report any maintenance or damage issues observed
- Ensure all rubbish is removed from property
- Confirm all rooms are guest-ready and hygienic
